NADIA KOTYAKOV, TREATMENT

When I think about Kingdom Movement, I see a place where hearts are awakened, where dreams come alive, where the voice of God becomes clear. It’s a place people come to encounter God and leave changed.

Testimony.

We became involved with Kingdom Movement before the church officially launched. It began simply with an invitation to join Vic as he started teaching a weekly Bible Study. If you were local, you could attend in person. If not, you joined online. The moment I signed up, I felt prompted to open our home. I sent out an invitation, and a small group of people responded. We gathered weekly to watch. Then COVID hit, and everything changed in Canada. When Sunday services disappeared, the desire for church didn’t. We began gathering on Sundays to watch the Kingdom Movement livestream. We called it “The Barn Church,” a friend opened up the loft space above his barn, and 60 to 70 people would squeeze in to worship and hear the Word.

As I look back, I can see how profoundly Kingdom Movement has shaped our lives, even though we are not local. God used this house to align our destiny. Through Kingdom Movement, we formed friendships and connections that directly shaped the future we are now living in.

When I reflect on how strategic Kingdom Movement has been in our story, I see how God intentionally aligned relationships and seasons to release favor. Through this house, I gained a grounded understanding of who God is. I learned to hear His voice clearly. I began receiving creative ideas for generating revenue. We recognized that healing was our inheritance and experienced supernatural healing. I recognized and embraced my creativity. I stepped out and started a nonprofit that now does mission work in Central Asia.

Because of that, giving into Kingdom Movement was never a decision driven by obligation or pressure. It was a natural response of love and gratitude for this house.

God gives because He loves, and generosity flows from who He is. As we follow Him, we learn to give from that same place. Sometimes, logically, it doesn’t make sense to give into a church that isn’t your weekly home or into ministries that aren’t directly your own. But God’s economy doesn’t operate on logic. It operates on alignment.

We became very intentional with our giving. We chose to sow into people and places that stretched our hearts and aligned us with the heart of the Father. And we began to notice something remarkable. When we gave into prophetic ministries, our ability to hear God became clearer. When we gave into evangelists, boldness and a passion for souls rose up in us. When we gave into apostolic leaders, vision and strategy began to flow. And when we gave into Kingdom Movement, the presence of God marked everything we touched.

Look & Feel.

To create an intimate and powerful testimony the story is primarily visualized through select scenes that will be captured as well as using any past photos relating to the story. In each of the scenes the camera remains locked meant to signify a testimony built on a strong foundation. The visual language of the film will use natural lighting and center framing. Capturing the abstract is important to help visualize the story with and without God & the change that’s been made, the same scenes with and without talent. Recording on location audio will be vital to create an ambient undertone.

Home. The Interview.

This is where the interview takes place. A Two camera interview setup with middle framing and high angle offset with little framing in front of the face.

After the interview capture small details, back of face, defocusing from talent to background, hands on the chair, little moments to be used as symbolism.

Cafe. Community

The cafe symbolizing new community and strong connections. Shot with three different scenes in mind. one where it’s empty including capturing an empty chair, table, a wide shot. Another scene where Nadia is meeting a friend for a coffee date. Capture her friend coming in and greeting her. And lastly Nadia Alone what feels like her waiting for her friend to arrive.

Capture small details in each scene like cups, hands, decor.

Church. New Community

The chapel is meant to signify two major keys in Nadias story. First the chapel will be shot empty to signify the church being closed during Covid. Then with Nadia in the church it’s to signify the start and beauty of gathering together again.
